A little more about Elli…By combining a background in psychology and my work with small business (SME) owners, I have developed a 3 Keys model that utilizes my clients’ abilities to build on their success to propel business and personal growth.
Within goal-oriented, short-term coaching cycles, my clients focus on thinking strategically while enhancing how they interact with others and manage their emotions. By integrating coaching with metrics, results are seen in the bottom line and in each person. This 3 keyss process and accountability supports to taking risks, transforming organizations, and building thriving businesses.
I have worked for both profit and nonprofit organizations in the retail and mental health industries. Using my 17 year mental health experience and my other varied experiences, I draw on my ability to connect with entrepreneurs and intra-preneurs as well as a deep appreciation for learning and understanding my client’s business style and culture.
Since I often encourage people to build a community to support their personal and professional development, these groups are a significant part of my community.
